We help you resolve your dispute with ACC. You start with our Pathways to Resolution discussion. If we can help you then we will offer our Advocacy Assistance Service.

Welcome to our Advocacy Service. We provide an independent nationwide service for people unhappy with a decision made by ACC.

We will discuss the options for resolving your dispute with you. We aim to do this within a few weeks.

If you decide to use our services, then you can appoint us to be your advocate. We will need to agree on the terms of service and how the costs of our services will be funded.

We will look at the options to resolve the issues, and this may involve obtaining technical reports or medical reports.
