We help you resolve your dispute with ACC. You start with our Pathways to Resolution discussion. If we can help you then we will offer our Advocacy Assistance Service.
Welcome to our new Advocacy Service. We provide a free independent nationwide service for anyone unhappy with an ACC decision or the length of time they've been waiting for a decision to be made.
The first step is our Pathways to Resolution. This is a confidential discussion about your situation and the options that are available so that you can decide what to do next. We aim to have this discussion with you within a day or two.
Once you have completed the Pathways to Resolution discussion you can decide to use our Advocacy Assistance then you can appoint us to be your advocate. We will look at the options to resolve the issues and arrange a conciliation meeting. We will be in touch with you to arrange your first meeting with your advocate within a few days of you deciding to use this service and appointing us to be your advocate.
If you decide not to resolve your dispute by agreement with ACC at the conciliation meeting, then you have the choice to continue to a case conference and then a review hearing.
You can learn more about the technical words we use in our glossary below. This service is operated by Connection and Navigation Service Limited.
