Pathways Meetings

How to attend Pathways meetings

We explain how to attend online meetings using Microsoft Teams or by phone and how you can contact us for help to access our meetings.

You choose how you want to attend

If we have a team member available, we will offer a Pathways to Resolution discussion when you first call, but if we can't, we will arrange a suitable time with you for a phone call or an online meeting. The meetings are scheduled for 30 minutes and often last between 20 and 30 minutes.

Attending by phone

If you'd prefer the meeting to be by phone, the Pathways Specialist will call you on your phone at the scheduled time of the meeting. Please be patient if they are running a bit late.

Attending with Microsoft Teams

Otherwise, we will offer you an online meeting and send you a link to book a suitable time. You will have an invitation sent to your calendar for a Teams meeting using Microsoft Teams. You will also get an email with a link to the meeting.

You can either download Teams or attend the meeting through the browser. It is a good idea to try the link to see if you can make it work before the meeting. If you get stuck and need help, call us on 0800 222 022 and we will see if we can help.
